Delayed or Lost Packages
LumaThera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
